Job summary

Panasonic Europe is seeking a driven sales professional to grow our business across the CEE region from Lodz, Poland. You will develop relationships with customers and distributors, identify new opportunities, and coordinate with Business Development Managers, Field Application Engineers, and Inside Sales to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Universit y degree or commercial education in electronics field.
• Experience in technical sales and building client relationships is valued.
• Fluent Polish with good English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business with new and existing customers across the assigned region.
• Maintain and grow current business levels within the existing customer base.
• Identify, evaluate, and acquire new business opportunities and market segments.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Plan, organize, and support sales and promotional activities, including exhibitions and workshops.
• Collaborate with BD Managers, Field Application Engineers, and Inside Sales to deliver solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive growth.
