ZEN.COM is a smart financial app designed for everyday life, enabling payments, multi-currency accounts, and protections. As Head of Risk you will drive risk strategy across EMI/PSP operations and board-level reporting.

You will oversee the ERM, ICAAP, vendor due diligence, and ICT risk under PSD2 and DORA, building resilient processes while balancing commercial needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in risk management within regulated financial services.
• Senior-level EMI/PSP experience.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments (EU/EEA).
• Proven interaction with regulators and Boards on risk matters.
• Experience building or scaling a risk function.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Enterprise Risk Management framework and policies.
• Maintain risk register and ICAAP inputs.
• Align risk framework with EBA, PSD2, and local guidelines.
• Develop risk appetite metrics and KRIs with thresholds/triggers.
• Liaise with regulators and card schemes on risk topics.
• Prepare regulatory submissions and remediation plans.
• Lead vendor due diligence and outsourcing risk management.
• Build and develop the Risk team and budget.
