You will liaise with local departments and global teams to gather order details and verify information, while maintaining data accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement after a 3-month trial, modern office in Szczecin, and opportunities to develop within an international maritime group

Qualifications

• Communicative English at least B2 level.
• Experience in customer service and with computer systems.
• Creative approach to solving order-related challenges.
• Attention to detail and clear communication.
• Able to collaborate with global and local teams.

Responsibilities

• Register requests for quotations and purchase orders and verify data.
• Contact customers to gather order details and inform about changes.
• Check delivery possibilities in ports worldwide.
• Use system information to verify non-standard orders.
• Collaborate with local departments and Order Processing Centre teams in Kuala Lumpur and Rio de Janeiro.
