Job summary

Wilhelmsen Port Services in Szczecin seeks an invoice clerk to enter service invoices, verify data, and prepare weekly reports. The role collaborates with shipping agents and global finance teams.

The candidate should have strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and excellent English (B2). A hybrid work model is available after a trial period, with a modern office in the city center.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices into the system for services delivered to customers (ship owners), including amount, currency, tax, subcontractor and service type.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data in received invoices.
• Prepare weekly control reports identifying missing invoices and distribute them to local shipping agencies.
• Prepare and distribute consolidated customer invoices for completed services, updating data in customer systems in line with defined KPIs.
• Collaborate with shipping agents and global finance teams.

Support us with:
