Job summary

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA in Szczecin seeks an Invoice & Data Specialist to join a global finance team. You will enter invoices for our ship-owner customers, verify data accuracy, and prepare weekly control reports while updating systems to KPI standards.

Collaboration with shipping agents and finance colleagues worldwide is essential, and a hybrid work model applies after an initial trial period, with extensive onboarding and our comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices into the system for ship-owner customers, including amount, currency, tax, subcontractor and service type.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of data in received invoices.
• Prepare weekly control reports identifying missing invoices and distribute to local shipping agencies.
• Prepare and distribute consolidated customer invoices for completed services, updating data in systems to KPIs.
• Collaborate with shipping agents and finance teams across the globe.
