Stora Enso Poland S.A. is seeking an International Business Development Manager for the DACH area to drive export sales from Poland.
You will report to the Head of E-commerce and work in a hybrid arrangement with occasional travel to the DACH region. The role requires hunting new customers through market mapping, identifying customer needs, preparing offers, tender participation, and building relationships with online stores, brand owners, and distributors.
We are looking for a International Business Development Manager for DACH Area to join a dynamic team of experienced professionals. You will be working for Business Area Packaging Solutions and you will report directly to Head of E-commerce. Your location will be Poland. We apply hybrid way of working, as well as business trips - about few days a month to DACH.
Who are we looking for? We are searching for a sales professional who is passionate, outgoing and an effective communicator. The ideal candidate should possess strong hunting skills and have a proven track record of successfully expanding business in export markets. You should be a creative problem-solver who is proactive and can work independently, while also having strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on available data. We highly value your ability to plan and manage your time effectively, as well as your capability to establish and maintain relationships, both internally and externally. As the ideal candidate, you should have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
About the Role: proactive sales activities leading to winning new customers through market mapping, identification of customer needs, preparing offers, participation in tenders. Building business relations with online stores, fulfilment service providers, brand owners with the omnichannel sales network and packaging distributors Building value proposition based on customer needs by working in conjunction with production, R&D, supply chain and sustainability departments negotiating contracts, prices and other commercial terms maintaining good relations with customers, responding inquiries, solving problems and proposing solutions based on customer needs and business objectives analysing parameters reported by the system (sales, profitability, warehouse stocks) and making informed decision and actions monitoring receivables in the system and communication with customers to secure on-time payments creating sales development plans for you region.
