Job summary

Vector Synergy in Poznań (with remote option) is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to attract and identify top talent for contracts with NATO and EU institutions. You will own end-to-end recruitment across Europe, including sourcing passive candidates and conducting English interviews.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in full-cycle recruitment, a psychology-related degree, and strong communication skills. The role offers a supportive team, training, and health benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing passive candidates via social media and industry networks.
• Fluent in English (B2 level)
• University degree (preferably in psychology or related field)
• Goal-driven and motivated to complete projects
• Ability to work efficiently with tight deadlines and high volumes
• High-level communication skills
• Proactive and can-do attitude
• Experience in the IT sector

Responsibilities

• Sourcing passive candidates using various methods (direct search, events, fairs, recommendations) and developing new sourcing channels
• Taking ownership of recruitment processes
• Conducting recruitment behavioral interviews in English
• Operating within strict deadlines and KPIs
• Continuously expanding the pool of candidates with security clearance
• Recommending qualified candidates for contracts across Europe
• Explaining and negotiating contract conditions
• Assuming full responsibility for recruitment documentation in collaboration with Candidates
• Updating candidate information in the applicant tracking system
• Maintaining relationships with Candidates throughout the process
• Regularly cooperating with our delivery department
• Submitting monthly reports to your Team Leader

Our consultants hold NATO Secret Security Clearance , enabling them to contribute to projects at secret and top- secret levels . We are currently searching for a Recruitment Specialist

Location : Poznań ( or remote )

Job Scope

Join our team and take on the responsibility of attracting and identifying the best talents who meet our Clients ' criteria . They should be prepared to participate in contract assignments at NATO and EU institutions . The objective is to expand the pool of skilled consultants ready to engage in our classified projects .

Key Responsibilities
