Job summary

Alstom in Poland is hiring a full-time Internal Communications Manager to lead country-level internal communications. You will work with the Poland and CEE Communications Director, coordinating with leadership, HR and business teams to deliver engaging campaigns and content across channels.

Role involves developing the internal comms plan, supporting events, and managing relationships with external agencies while ensuring alignment with global strategies and budgets.

Qualifications

• University degree in Communications, Journalism, Business Studies or equivalent.
• Proven experience in public relations, media relations or corporate communications.
• Experience managing corporate social media channels and digital communication tools.
• Experience in organising corporate events, including fairs & exhibitions, press conferences, internal events.
• Languages: Polish native level and English advanced (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of Alstom's internal communications strategy at country level.
• Collaborate with Poland and CEE Communications Director and multidisciplinary teams at local and national levels.
• Develop and deliver internal communication campaigns, social media content, events and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with local leadership, HR and business teams to ensure effective communication.
• Manage external agencies and partners, monitor budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
• Track media coverage, analyse impact and report on communication activities.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your communication expertise in a dynamic and international environment. You’ll work closely with the Poland and CEE Communications Director and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at local and national levels. You will support the implementation of Alstom’s internal communication strategy at country level, helping to strengthen employee engagement, promote company initiatives, and ensure effective communication across the organization. Day-to-day, you will work closely with local leadership, HR, business teams, and employees to develop and deliver impactful internal communication campaigns, social media communication, events, and engagement initiatives, while fostering a strong and connected Alstom culture. You’ll specifically take care of contributing to the development and implementation of Alstom internal communication plan.

We’ll look to you for:

• Contribute to the development and execution of Alstom corporate communication plan.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in all our businesses in Poland.
• Draft and develop communication materials, including social media posts, campaigns, presentations, brochures, videos, articles and speeches.
• Support and feed national and local communication channels and platforms, both online and offline.
• Help manage and support the content and day-to-day activity of corporate social media accounts, ensuring alignment with global and local communication strategies.
• Track and report on communication activities, analysing media coverage and evaluating impact.
• Supporting the organisation of press-related activities, including press conferences, media visits, and project or product presentations.
• Produce internal news content and monthly newsletters.
• Coordinate internal events and internal communication campaigns.
• Support Poland and local management teams during internal communication initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners.
• Contribute to the monitoring and tracking of communication budgets, ensuring cost efficiency, accurate planning and compliance with internal processes.

All About You

• University degree in Communications, Journalism, Business Studies or equivalent.
• Proven experience in public relations, media relations or corporate communications.
• Experience managing corporate social media channels and digital communication tools.
• Experience in organising corporate events, including fairs & exhibitions, press conferences, internal events
• Languages: Polish native level. English: advanced level (C1 or equivalent), both written and spoken.
