Job summary

Alstom Poland is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to lead country-level communications in a dynamic, international environment. You will work closely with Poland and CEE Communications leadership and with multidisciplinary teams at local and national levels.

You will develop and deliver internal campaigns, social media content, events and engagement initiatives, while fostering Alstom’s culture and values across the organization.

Qualifications

• University degree in Communications, Journalism, Business Studies or equivalent.
• Proven experience in public relations, media relations or corporate communications.
• Experience managing corporate social media channels and digital communication tools.
• Experience in organizing corporate events, including fairs & exhibitions, press conferences, internal events.
• Languages: Polish native level; English advanced (C1 or equivalent), both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Alstom's internal communication plan at country level.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Poland.
• Draft and develop communication materials (social posts, campaigns, presentations, brochures, videos, articles, speeches).
• Support national and local channels online and offline.
• Manage content for corporate social media accounts, ensuring alignment with strategies.
