Job summary

Alstom in Chorzów is seeking an EHS Specialist to maintain the highest health and safety standards across manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with production, engineering, and services to ensure safe, compliant operations and reliable outcomes.

You will deliver trainings, conduct safety inspections, assess instructions, participate in risk assessments, and support early non-conformance resolution. This role promotes a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

• Education in health and safety.
• Knowledge of hazards identification and risk assessment.
• Experience in a similar position (min 1 year).

Could you be the full-time EHS Specialist in Chorzów we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You’ll ensure the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes and products, directly contributing to the safety and reliability of our solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as production, engineering, and customer services).

You’ll specifically take care of implementing and updating quality control plans during pre- and serial manufacturing activities, but also support non-conformance resolution and customer inspections.

We’ll look to you for:

• performing health & safety trainings for new Alstom employees and for contractors
• performing safety inspections on the production
• assessment of instructions
• participation in risk assessment
• workstation walidation
• fire safety management

All About You

• education for health and safety
• knowledge and ability to identify hazards and risk assessment
• experience in similar position (at least 1 year)
• welcome: knowledge of safety management systems and environmental protection, knowledge of the law in terms of safety and environmental protection, Training of Fire Protection Inspector
