Alstom is seeking an EHS Specialist to join our Chorzów manufacturing site. You will implement and update quality and safety controls, ensuring the highest safety standards across production and related teams.
You will lead health and safety trainings, conduct inspections, assess instructions, participate in risk analyses, validate workstations, and manage fire safety. A background in health and safety and knowledge of safety laws are essential.

You’ll ensure the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes and products, directly contributing to the safety and reliability of our solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as production, engineering, and customer services).
You’ll specifically take care of implementing and updating quality control plans during pre‑ and serial manufacturing activities, and support non‑conformance resolution and customer inspections.
