Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z O.O. in Krakow is seeking a seasoned service management professional to coordinate the Innovation-as-a-Service function. You will ensure the service is structured, reliable, and transparent for stakeholders across interfaces.

You will drive the service framework, intake, governance forums, and progress tracking. The role requires strong organizational skills and fluent English; PMO experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least three years of professional experience in service management, project coordination, PMO support, or operations coordination.
• Experience coordinating service requests, tracking deliverables, and maintaining transparent service status reporting.
• Knowledge of emerging technology trends, particularly artificial intelligence.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with experience creating service frameworks and templates.
• Ability to coordinate internal planning and stakeholder meetings across multiple interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the service framework including stakeholder interactions and operating practices.
• Maintain intake forms and reusable meeting, reporting, and tracking templates.
• Coordinate inputs for business-facing briefings and materials.
• Prepare regular service status reports and governance inputs in concise formats.
• Organize stakeholder governance meetings and ensure follow-up actions are tracked.
