Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Industrialization Engineer to support the introduction of new products from design to manufacturing. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-effective, manufacturable designs and participate in PFMEA and process optimization activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience in engineering design or manufacturing.
• Familiar with New Product Introduction processes and PFMEA.

Responsibilities

• Support introduction of new products via SAFe stories and CPD processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering Design and Manufacturing to optimize manufacturability.
• Assist cost estimation and manufacturing specification development.
• Work with Architects, Product Owners, and SME Project Engineers.
• Contribute to documentation and model validation with digital twins.
• Assist in cost analysis and process improvement initiatives.
• Support PFMEA and design reviews within NPI context.
