Job summary
Rockwell Automation is seeking an Industrialization Engineer to join our hybrid team in Poland. You will report to the Industrialization Manager and support the introduction of new products through CPD processes, working with design and manufacturing teams to optimize manufacturability and cost.
Key responsibilities include supporting PFMEA, cost estimation, and manufacturing specifications, as well as collaboration with SAP processes and project management to ensure successful NPI outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2 years' experience in engineering design or manufacturing.
- Understand New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
- Experience collaborating with project management teams.
Responsibilities
- Support introduction of new products through CPD and NPI processes.
- Work with design and manufacturing to optimize manufacturability for NPI.
- Assist in determining product cost.
- Support development of manufacturing specifications and validate against digital twins.
- Estimate manufacturing cost and document related processes.
- Handle small–medium scope issues requiring in‑depth data analysis.
