Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of spare parts, consumables, equipment, and external services.
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support operations.
• Coordinate deliveries, warehouse transfers, and supplier communication.
• Process purchase requests and purchase orders in company systems.
• Verify and manage supplier invoices and related documentation.
• Support facility compliance activities, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve supply and inventory processes.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization

Requirements
