Job summary

HAVI is expanding its Global Business Services center in Kraków to support top-level financial, planning, and supply chain services across Europe and beyond.

The role focuses on optimizing inventory, forecasting, and production planning within a dynamic supply chain network, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and improving processes through analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years of Supply Chain Planning experience.
• Experience with Inventory/Demand/ERP apps and reporting tools (JDA, Maestro, OBIEE, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Excellent spoken and written communication, ability to engage with partners and diverse cultures.
• SQL proficiency is a plus.
• Project Management or related experience is a plus.
• Analytical skills with strong numeric/data interpretation, proficient in MS Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and own optimization of inventory across the supply chain to meet service levels and minimize costs.
• Support assigned projects, timelines, and team deliverables to meet objectives.
• Develop production, distribution, and inventory plans for promotions and core items.
• Analyze promotional capacity and financial risks, propose contingency plans.
• Monitor plan performance, identify improvements, and perform root cause analysis.
• Review supplier and DC shipment forecasts and flag issues.
• Perform root cause analysis on planning exceptions and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Track compliance with plans and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adjust shipment plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and owns executional responsibility for optimizing inventory across the supply chain network in accordance with target service levels for the allocated portfolio while minimizing costs. Ensures the right amount of product is in the right place, at the right time, at the lowest cost


• Responsible to support assigned projects, timelines, & team deliverables to meet customer objectives and milestones


• Develops production, distribution, and inventory management plans in support of promotional and core items


• Conducts promotional capacity analyses and financial risk assessments to identify potential constraints and/or exposure and create recommended contingency plans to mitigate or minimize risk


• Monitor performance of the plans, make recommendations for improvements and conduct root cause analysis of issues to drive continuous improvement


• Review all supplier and DC shipment forecasts and identify potential issues


• Conduct root cause analysis on all planning/program exceptions. Identify gaps and issues and work with stakeholders to resolve


• Tracks and manages compliance against plans and makes recommendations on corrective actions


• Work with cross functional teams to adjust shipment plans (BOM changes, Line of supply changes, safety stock and YCF adjustments, etc)

Desired Skills And Experience

• At least 1,5 year of Supply Chain Planning experience


• Experience with Inventory/Demand/ERP Applications & Reporting Tools (e.g., JDA, Maestro, OBIEE, Tableau, PowerBI)


• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with external partners, customers, and diverse cultures


• Proficiency in SQL is a plus


• Project Management or related experience is a plus


• Demonstrated proficiency in analytics (numeric/data processing and interpretations) Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
