Job summary

HAVI Logistics Poland is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our Kraków-based Global Business Services center. You will oversee inventory and production planning across the network, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in planning, strong analytical capabilities, and proficiency with ERP systems and planning tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, economics, operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or inventory planning.
• Experience with ERP systems, planning applications, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/Power BI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels across the supply chain network to meet target service levels at minimum cost.
• Ensure products are available in the right place at the right time and cost.
• Develop and execute production, distribution, and inventory plans for core and promotional items.
• Support supply chain projects and initiatives with timely milestone delivery.
• Perform capacity analyses for promotions and assess risks with contingency plans.
• Monitor planning performance and conduct root cause analyses for improvements.
• Review forecasts and mitigate supplier and distribution center risks.
• Track compliance with plans and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to adjust shipment plans, BOMs, sourcing, and safety stock.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to data-driven optimization of supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels across the supply chain network to ensure target service levels are met while minimizing costs.
• Ensure the right products are available in the right place, at the right time, and at the optimal cost.
• Develop and execute production, distribution, and inventory plans for both core and promotional items.
• Support supply chain projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and business objectives.
• Perform capacity analyses for promotional activities and assess operational and financial risks, proposing contingency plans when needed.
• Monitor planning performance, identify improvement opportunities, and conduct root cause analyses to address supply chain issues.
• Review supplier and distribution center forecasts, proactively identifying and mitigating potential supply risks.
• Track compliance with supply chain plans and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to implement changes to shipment plans, bill of materials, sourcing strategies, safety stock levels, and other planning parameters.
• Identify process gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to drive resolution and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the optimization of supply chain performance through data‑driven decision‑making and best practices.

Desired Skills And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, or a related area.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes, inventory management, forecasting, and replenishment methodologies.
• Experience working with ERP systems, planning applications, and reporting tools (e.g., Maestro, SCV, JDA, JDE, OBIEE, or similar).
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working with cross‑functional and international teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive and solution‑oriented approach.
• SQL knowledge and project management experience would be considered an advantage.
