Talentech is seeking an Implementation Specialist (Junior/Intern) to help customers adopt our HR tech platform. This entry-level role blends people, processes and technology, offering hands-on experience across configuration, testing, and integrations.

You will work hybrid in Gdańsk with colleagues across Europe, learn HR processes and SaaS tools, and contribute to customer success from intake to go-live. English proficiency and a curious, structured mindset are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Completed or ongoing studies in IT or engineering.
• At least 1 year of part-time work, internships, or student projects.
• Basic coding skills in Python, JS, or PowerShell.
• Interest in HR systems and SaaS platforms.
• Basic understanding of APIs and data formats (CSV/JSON/XML).
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with structured work style.

Implementation Specialist (Junior/Intern)

Are you curious about HR tech and enjoy solving problems? Join our growing international company that builds data-driven solutions for the entire employee journey, from recruitment to development and retention. It’s a great entry-level role if you want to combine people, processes, and technology.

What You Will Do

You’ll help new and existing customers get up and running with our HR technology platform, making sure the solution fits their processes and needs. You’ll be the person who turns ideas and requirements into something that actually works in the system, from configuration to technical implementation, automation, and integrations. Along the way, you’ll learn a lot about HR processes, SaaS tools, and how to run smooth implementations for both private and public sector clients.

• Support the setup, configuration, and testing of our HR platform for new customer implementations
• Take part in technical implementations, turning customer requirements into working solutions in the platform
• Help automate business processes, for example workflows, notifications, and recurring HR tasks
• Help with integrations between our platform and customers’ other systems (e.g. payroll, ERP, identity management)
• Take part in system maintenance and keep customer solutions running smoothly after go-live
• Analyse logs (e.g. in Datadog) to investigate and solve issues
• Work in direct contact with customers, from gathering requirements to follow-up
• Collect and structure customer requirements together with more senior colleagues
• Help migrate data, prepare test cases, and follow up on issues during implementation
• Document configurations, workflows, integrations, and processes in a clear and structured way
• Collaborate with product, support, and customer teams to ensure a consistent customer experience
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and ideas from implementation projects

What You Bring

You don’t need a long CV for this role, but you should be curious, structured, and ready to learn fast. We’re looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out, asking questions, and turning complexity into something simple and usable. If you like both people and tech, you’ll fit right in.

• Completed or ongoing studies in a relevant field such as IT, Engineering or similar
• 1 year of experience from part-time work, internships, projects, or student roles (any field is fine)
• Basic coding skills, e.g. in a scripting language such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell is a plus
• Interest in digital tools, HR systems, SaaS platforms, or data-driven solutions
• Basic technical understanding, e.g. of APIs, data formats (CSV, JSON, XML), or automation tools, is a plus
• Comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing
• Basic understanding of how businesses and teams work, and curiosity about HR processes
• A proactive, responsible attitude with an eye for detail and structured work
