Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Experience in banking/financial services or a client-facing environment.
• Strong project coordination, including plans, status updates and resource management.
• Experience troubleshooting and documenting technical/operational issues.
• Ability to translate client needs into clear requirements for internal teams.
• Experience improving processes and supporting system enhancements will be an asset.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Acceptance Solutions products and services for clients.
• Manage multiple implementation projects: product launches, migrations, service expansions, configuration changes.
• Act as primary client contact, offering consultative guidance and support throughout the journey.
• Translate client business needs into technical requirements and implementation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and ensure delivery quality.
• Oversee configuration, testing, certification, and production readiness for launches.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and accelerate time to market.
• Build strong client relationships and document knowledge resources for scalable delivery.
