Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Client Implementation Manager (Card Issuing) based in Poland to lead end-to-end implementations for card issuing programs.

You will coordinate across engineering, product, compliance, risk, and support, guiding clients through configuration, API integrations, testing, and go-live readiness. You will own project plans, manage dependencies, and ensure regulatory compliance (PCI DSS, SCA/PSD2, Visa/Mastercard).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or client delivery within fintech or payments.
• Practical knowledge of card issuing concepts and card programs.
• Understanding of platform configuration and API integrations.
• Strong written and spoken English for technical communication.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS, SCA/PSD2 and card schemes is a plus.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and clients across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end card issuing implementations from planning to launch and closure.
• Serve as primary client contact, coordinating across engineering, product, compliance, risk, and support.
• Develop project plans, milestones, risks, and issue trackers; monitor progress.
• Guide configuration of card programs, BIN ranges, limits, fees, and API onboarding.
• Oversee testing, certification, and go-live readiness; manage blockers.
• Coordinate go-live activities, cutover planning, and post-launch support.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with PCI DSS, SCA/PSD2, and card network rules.
• Document decisions, configurations, and status updates for audit readiness.
• Utilize AI/LLMs to streamline plans, summaries, and documentation while maintaining accuracy.
