Job summary

emagine in Warsaw is seeking an experienced IT/Business Analyst to join our Channels-Business unit. You will analyse business needs, translate them into IT requirements, and lead agile delivery with stakeholders across IT, Business and Design.

You will collaborate with external vendors, support testing, and help maintain high-quality deliveries. Strong English communication and banking domain knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT and/or business analysis within the banking industry.
• Proven experience defining features and user stories based on business needs, and partnering with Product Owners to plan product and release roadmaps.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business needs, and translate them into clear IT requirements that support scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Lead delivery in close collaboration with stakeholders across Business, IT and Design, in an agile setup.
• Actively coordinate with external vendors to ensure aligned requirements and high-quality deliveries.
• Support manual testing of business or maintenance features in accordance with the priorities.
• Proactively resolve blockers and manage dependencies across teams to keep work progressing smoothly.
