Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking an experienced Business Analysis Consultant to support client engagements in the banking and cards domain. You will translate business needs into practical solutions and drive delivery across card migration initiatives using Visiona, collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams.

This role emphasizes strong requirements engineering, process modelling, and workshop facilitation, with fluency in English and Polish to engage with international banking clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing Business Analysis in banking/financial services with a focus on cards.
• Experience delivering card migration or transformation projects.
• Working knowledge of Visiona.
• Strong requirements engineering, process modelling, stakeholder mgmt and workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Configure and parameterise the Visiona card issuing platform to support business and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse incidents, identify root causes and propose system-based solutions within Visiona.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse and refine business and system requirements.
• Design and document business processes, system configurations and functional specifications for card issuing solutions.
• Work closely with solution architects, developers, testers and other analysts to ensure consistent solution design and successful delivery.
• Support testing activities, validate system configuration, and assist with defect analysis and resolution.
