Job summary

Mastercard in Warsaw is seeking a Manager, Acceptance Key Verticals Enablement to lead commercial efforts embedding Mastercard carded payment solutions within the EUR ecosystem.

You will identify target markets, develop regional Go-To-Market strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to expand adoption among merchants, channel partners, and government authorities in telecom, utilities, education and rent.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the Acceptance Ecosystem and verticals (telecom, utilities, education, government)
• Proven track record launching and scaling products in competitive markets
• Strategic thinking and problem solving with customer challenges

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Mastercard’s carded Acceptance strategy to drive adoption and grow spend in the Key Verticals segment
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify targets, strategies, and customer needs
• Develop and execute regional Go-To-Market strategy aligned with global objectives and market opportunities
• Identify risks and mitigate barriers to commercial success
• Drive innovation by identifying trends and informing product enhancements
• Own the product sales pipeline and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption
