Job summary

Avon Poland is seeking a Finance Analyst on a temporary cover basis to support monthly accounting and reporting for UK entities. You will work with cross‑functional finance teams to ensure accurate, timely financial information and strengthen controls.

The role emphasizes collaboration across international markets, IFRS knowledge, Excel proficiency, and Oracle ERP experience, with opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to business decisions.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
At least 2 years in a finance or accounting role.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Strong understanding of IFRS and accounting principles.
Experience with Oracle ERP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support monthly accounting and reporting processes for UK entities.
Reviewing and reconciling intercompany transactions, royalties, dividends, accruals, prepayments, and foreign exchange movements.
Partnering with finance teams and business stakeholders across international markets.
Collaborating with local and global reporting teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Maintaining compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
Providing financial analysis and support to help drive informed business decisions.
