Job summary

Aviva plc in Warsaw is offering a 6-month paid internship in our Services Excellence Centre. You will support climate reporting, develop tools and models, and analyze metrics in collaboration with the UK team.

We seek a student or graduate in a quantitative field with good English, strong Excel skills, and a keen analytical mindset. Hybrid work from Poland with some days in the Warsaw office is provided.

Qualifications

• Student or graduate in a quantitative field such as mathematics, economics, statistics, or quantitative methods in economics.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Availability for 3-4 days per week.
• Strong analytical skills and communication abilities.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for work.

Responsibilities

• Support cyclical climate reporting process with UK colleagues.
• Develop tools and models for analysis.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative climate metrics analysis.
• Improve and automate reporting processes.
• Prepare documentation related to reporting processes.
