Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Junior Reporting Specialist to support IFRS reporting, month-end closing, and financial analyses in a dynamic, international environment. You will assist in preparing P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.

The role offers opportunities to develop expertise in IFRS, data validation, and audits. A degree in Finance and English fluency are required, with SAP experience considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (or in progress, e.g., ACCA/ACA).
• Around 2 years of experience in finance, accounting or audit (internships welcome).
• Basic understanding of IFRS.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• Experience with SAP or similar systems is an advantage.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Assist in delivering IFRS reporting for assigned entities.
• Participate in month-end closing activities, including reporting and data validation.
• Perform balance sheet reviews and analyze variances vs. prior periods.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and controls.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries.
• Cooperate with external tax providers, supporting VAT, CIT, and other tax-related reporting.
