Job summary

Haleon in Poznan is seeking a Senior Financial Planning, Controllership & Reporting Analyst to support FPCRA across actuals, forecast and outlook. The role requires working with cross-functional finance teams, reviewing close processes, and providing analytical insights to support decision-making.

You'll contribute to planning, forecasting, and performance analytics, translate financial data into clear insights, and drive improvements in reporting governance.

Qualifications

• Background in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certifications are advantageous.
• 5 years of experience in financial controlling and planning within multinational companies.
• Experience in finance analysis, planning & forecasting, or controllership-related roles.
• Knowledge of controllership, accounting, financial planning, and forecasting; strong P&L and balance sheet understanding.
• Analytical skills with a good understanding of financial data and continuous improvement mindset.
• Attention to detail and ability to work within control frameworks.
• Exposure to FP&A tools, ERP systems, and reporting platforms.
• Progress toward ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is advantageous; hub-based/shared services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close with variance analysis and balance sheet movements.
• Assist planning, forecasting and outlook cycles including phasing and scenario analysis.
• Prepare management reporting packs, dashboards and analytics for FPCRA leads and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across FPCRA with Commercial Controllers, COE, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify and automate reporting and close processes.
