Job summary

UpcoMinds in Warsaw is seeking an experienced ICT Project & Delivery Coordinator to join a hybrid team. You will coordinate ICT delivery activities, engage with infrastructure and technical teams, and ensure governance, reporting and smooth transitions to service.

You will manage dependencies, supplier engagement and PoCs, while maintaining delivery quality and deadlines. Strong communication and governance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience coordinating ICT projects or technical initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multiple ICT infrastructure projects across domains.
• Proven knowledge of ICT project lifecycle, governance and delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ICT projects and technical initiatives throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Engage with infrastructure and technical teams to ensure delivery readiness.
• Track schedules, milestones, actions, decisions and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, management and external suppliers.
• Support supplier engagement, procurement docs, PoCs and ICT contracts.
• Prepare governance materials, reports and management updates.
• Identify risks and coordinate actions to keep delivery on track.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ICT delivery processes.
