Job summary

Uni Systems is seeking an ICT Project Coordinator to join its UniQue Warsaw team. You will coordinate ICT projects and technical initiatives end-to-end, ensuring alignment with PM², Agile or other methodologies, across networks, cloud/datacenter, IAM, cybersecurity, and operations.

Applicants should have a Bachelor degree and at least five years of IT project experience, with proven coordination across multiple technical domains and strong communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 5+ years of IT experience.
• Experience coordinating ICT projects or technical initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multiple ICT infrastructure projects across domains.
• Experience coordinating dependencies across networks, cloud/dc, databases, IAM, endpoint/workplace, cybersecurity, monitoring, service operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ICT projects and technical initiatives from initiation to closure.
• Prepare and maintain scope, plans, schedules, milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor progress, risks and changes, escalating deviations.
• Coordinate across networks, cloud/DC, cybersecurity, databases, IAM, endpoint/workplace and service operations.
• Organise meetings, workshops, and status reviews with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Prepare procurement and contract documentation and support supplier mobilization.
