Reply is seeking a qualified IT security integration specialist to analyze connection requirements and define mappings, interface logic, and connection designs for enterprise integrations. The role focuses on detailed, implementation-oriented work across SAP, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, host systems, and RACF, with fluent English and Polish and regular visits to Katowice.

• Degree in IT Security, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of One Identity or related target systems (SAP, Entra ID, AD, RACF).
• Ability to perform technical analyses of integration scenarios and document requirements clearly.
• Experience defining mappings, interface logic, and connection design for integrations.
• IAM/IGA integration experience in enterprise environments.

Job description

• Technical analysis of connection requirements across the relevant integration scenarios and determination what is needed to establish workable integrations into One Identity. Analysis based on existing know-how in One Identity and/or the relevant target systems.
• Defining mappings, interface logic, and connection design, and documenting the technical requirements needed for implementation in a form that can be used directly by delivery teams.
• Work in a detailed and implementation-oriented way across relevant target systems. The main systems in scope are SAP, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, host systems, and RACF.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable mix of education and practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of One Identity or of one or more relevant target systems: SAP, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, host systems, and RACF.
• Technical analysis of integrations and connection scenarios, including the ability to assess what is required for implementation.
• Requirements writing capability, with the ability to document technical requirements clearly and usefully.
• Ability to define mappings, interface logic, and connection design as part of the integration analysis effort.
• IAM / IGA integration experience, ideally in environments where enterprise-grade system connections must be specified in practical detail.
• Fluent English and Polish skills.
• Openness to regular visits to the Katowice office (1-2 times a week).
• Nice to have: experience in insurance sector or similar area with strong regulations.
