Reply Group in Poland is seeking an AI Data Products Consultant to help design data products, data architectures, and AI-ready platforms using SQL, Python, dbt, Snowflake, and Databricks.

You will gather requirements from clients, build scalable data pipelines, support data governance, and contribute to training and events. This role offers dynamic collaboration within a tech-forward team and opportunities for continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in data engineering and data product development.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and data warehousing technologies.
• Familiarity with Docker, cloud technologies, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong communication in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data products and AI-ready data platforms.
• Develop data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using SQL, Python, dbt, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Structure data for analytics, ML, and GenAI use cases.
• Translate client requirements into scalable data engineering solutions.
• Contribute to data governance, data quality, and operating models.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver value.

As an AI Data Products Consultant, you will support our team in developing modern data solutions, data products, AI-ready data platforms, and AI use cases based on data to optimize our clients' data utilization and sustainably strengthen data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support in the design and implementation of robust and scalable data products, data architectures, and AI-ready data platforms.
• Furtherdevelopmentandmaintenanceofdatatransformationandintegrationpipelines,includingETLprocessesfromvarioussources using SQL, Python,dbt, Snowflake, and Databricks, aswellascloudplatformssuch as AWS, Azure,orGoogle Cloud.
• Provision andstructuringof high-qualitydataforanalytics,machinelearning, and GenAIusecases.
• Gatheringbusinessandtechnicalrequirementsfromourclientsandtranslatingthemintoeffectivedataengineeringsolutions.
• Assumes responsibility for complex data projects, manages system integration, and defines strategic guidelines based on data analysis.
• Support inareassuch as DataGovernance,dataquality, DataProductOperating Models, and theproduction-readyprovisionofdatafor AIusecases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s ormaster’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, ora relatedfield.
• Initial project experience and interest in data engineering, e.g., with data products, data modeling, AI and/or data warehousing systems.
• Experience with at least one programming language – ideally Python – as well as SQL/NoSQL and a data engineering technology or platform such as dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.
• ExperiencewithDocker,cloudtechnologies, DevOpspractices, and CI/CDprocessesisanadvantage.
• In-depthunderstandingandspecificknowledgeofdataproducts,datamodeling,datawarehousing,dataengineering, and moderndata& AIarchitectures. ExperiencewithDimensional & Data Vaultmodelingisanadvantage.
• The ideal candidate is a strong, communicative team player who thinks in terms of solutions and actively offers them in a consulting capacity.
• A passion for learning and exploringnew technologiesis essential.
• Fluentcommunicationskillsin English and Polish.
