Job summary

Reply Group in Katowice seeks an experienced IAM Architect to design and implement One Identity Manager solutions. You will integrate OIM with AD, SAP, and Azure AD, and develop connectors and scripts using PowerShell, REST, and CSV interfaces.

You will maintain identity lifecycle policies, RBAC, and security controls, while collaborating with customers to translate requirements into technical specifications. Strong English and Polish skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Mid-Level: 5+ years in IAM implementation, with at least 2 years on One Identity Manager.
• Senior-Level: 8+ years in IAM architecture, including large deployments and leadership.
• Proficient in cloud infrastructure (Azure) and IAM toolsets.
• Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Familiarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell).
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
• Excellent English and Polish communication and documentation skills.

Job description

• Support the design of One Identity Manager (OIM) solutions, including both high‑level and low‑level architecture, and contribute to defining IAM standards and best practices.
• Integrate OIM with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, SAP, Azure AD, and other business applications, ensuring smooth provisioning and de‑provisioning processes.
• Develop and maintain connectors, scripts, and custom integrations using PowerShell, REST APIs, and CSV‑based interfaces.
• Maintain and enforce policies for identity lifecycle management, access reviews, and RBAC, ensuring alignment with GDPR, SOX, and internal security requirements.
• Monitor IAM platform performance and support the implementation of security controls such as MFA, PKI, and secrets management.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and provide guidance to IAM operations teams.
• Maintain clear architectural and configuration documentation and support change and release management, including impact assessments and pre‑deployment validation.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Mid-Level: 5+ years in IAM implementation, with at least 2 years on One Identity Manager.
• Senior-Level: 8+ years in IAM architecture, including enterprise-scale deployments and leadership in IAM strategy.
• Proficient in cloud infrastructure (especially Azure) and IAM toolsets.
• Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Familiarity with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell).
• ITIL Foundation certification is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Very good communication skills in English and Polish complete your profile. German and additional languages are a plus.
