Job summary

Imperial Brands PLC is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to manage branded product initiatives from idea through to launch. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across supply chain, marketing, regulatory, and manufacturing, ensuring alignment with the Product Introduction Process and delivering changes on time.

Based in Poznań or Radom with hybrid work across Poland, you will keep stakeholders informed, manage timelines, and support continuous improvement while maintaining quality

Qualifications

• Excellent project management skills and ability to drive initiatives across teams.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong IT proficiency especially MS Office, PowerPoint and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact to support initiation for markets and projects.
• Facilitate kick-off meetings to define scope, team and deliverables.
• Ensure projects follow Product Introduction Process and related workflows.
• Drive product launches and change initiatives within scope, budget and quality requirements.
• Coordinate activities with central and local functions and resolve bottlenecks.
• Support process improvements and change management with a growth mindset.
