Qualifications

• Proven experience as a software team lead or manager, preferably in the medical device or diagnostics industry.
• Strong focus on software delivery excellence and lean process optimization.
• Familiarity with medical, security, and privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strategic traceability between portfolio goals and team execution.
• Lead operations of services and products to meet performance targets.
• Provide executive visibility through standardized reporting and governance.
• Coordinate risk, dependencies and cross‑team delivery across lifecycles.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and SLAs.
