Citi Solutions Centre Poland is seeking a Recruiting / Onboarding Coordinator to deliver efficient onboarding, promotion processing, and data accuracy across HR systems. You will collaborate with TA partners, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and compliant experience for new hires and promoted employees.

Join a dynamic team and contribute to a high-touch candidate experience, managing interview scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding sessions while upholding Polish regulatory

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with onboarding or Shared Services is preferred.
• Proven ability to work with TA partners and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding and promotion processes for new hires and promoted employees in Citi Solutions Centre Poland.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and manage offers and employment agreements.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and TA partners; ensure data accuracy.
• Organize onboarding sessions and interview scheduling; manage calendars and communications.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience with timely updates and clear instructions.
