Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Admin in Warsaw to provide day-to-day operational support across supply chain processes, ensuring data accuracy and smooth information flow.

You will coordinate with suppliers, logistics, procurement, and other teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain documentation. The role emphasizes data management, system entry in SAP, and generating operational reports while enabling cross-functional collaboration and timely execution of

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and SAP for data entry, validation, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English for day-to-day business comms.

• Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain data related to orders, deliveries, products, suppliers, and inventory in relevant systems.
• Enter, verify, and maintain accurate data in SAP and other systems.
• Monitor orders from suppliers and delivery statuses and follow up on delays and discrepancies.
• Prepare operational reports, data analyses, and regular supply chain performance summaries.
• Coordinate information flow between Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Projects, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Support resolution of issues related to orders, deliveries, invoices, and documentation.
• Manage and maintain logistics and administrative documentation.
• Verify data consistency and accuracy across systems and external sources.
• Support supply planning, replenishment, and inventory management activities.
• Monitor operational exceptions and escalate to relevant teams.
