Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator (Internal Flow) to align internal customers with operations and global demand teams. You will streamline intercompany orders, ensure regulatory compliance and drive issue resolution across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with purchasing, production planning and warehousing, maintain accurate data, and support process improvements in a high-accuracy, fast-paced environment based at our Katowice-area site.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP MM and supply chain coordination across intercompany flows.
• Strong focus on accuracy, process compliance, and timely execution.
• Customer-focused approach with proactive issue resolution.
• Ability to coordinate with purchasing, production planning and warehousing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate intercompany purchase orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify product availability and information needed for order processing.
• Coordinate demand requests and ensure timely execution across teams.
• Provide regular status updates to internal customers and resolve issues.
• Create and process Credit/Debit Notes per procedures.
• Coordinate master data updates and system changes as required.
• Act as liaison between Supply Chain, IT and Process Development for improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
