Job summary

Philip Morris International in Kraków is offering a fixed-term contract with an option to extend. The role focuses on manufacturing specification maintenance, data integrity, and project coordination to drive process improvements.

You will work in a hybrid environment with responsibilities spanning data analysis, master data management, and collaboration with factories and external service providers.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in operations or project coordination is an asset.
• Fluent English, strong communication skills, and able to work with diverse teams.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on improvements and solutions.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work is welcome.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and data analysis experience.
• Knowledge of product specifications, quality standards, and issue investigation methods.

Responsibilities

• Carry out tasks in compliance with PMI Principles, internal standards, and regulations.
• Ensure data accuracy during manufacturing specification maintenance.
• Implement defined actions and escalate issues when needed.
• Participate in specification maintenance projects.
• Support process standardization and optimization within the scope.
• Execute specification activities and maintain master data.
• Maintain documents and procedures for specification management.
• Perform system tests and provide data for testing activities.
• Train new team members.
• Implement specification changes for project rollouts.
• Coordinate rollout-related specification changes with factories.
• Monitor and analyze data for specification accuracy in plants.
• Coordinate external service providers for local product specification maintenance.
