Qualifications

• Candidates with a Logistics/Supply Chain/Administration background (not strictly required).
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) is an asset.
• Daily use of AI tools is welcomed or experience introducing AI to daily work.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be part of Global Logistics community (Fulfilment & Warehousing & Trade Documentation).
• Monitor and update shipment details reflecting current position of goods.
• Prepare and verify accuracy of shipping documents (import/export).
• Provide customer service from order to delivery.
• Acquire knowledge of transport, import/export regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and customers.
• Collaborate with external warehouses and logistics partners to coordinate deliveries.
