Philip Morris International in Kraków is seeking a Product Management professional to connect business needs with Digital Product development. You will partner with Product Owners, translate requirements, and drive backlog and release activities across CDP, Commerce, and Web/Mobile domains.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent with SAFe/Agile certs.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Experience overseeing the full product development lifecycle.
Knowledge of B2C and omnichannel environments across markets.

Responsibilities

CDP domain: manage data platforms, CRM, CIAM, analytics, and data readiness.
Commerce: support eCommerce, subscriptions, order management, and journeys.
Web & Mobile: experience with AEM, React front-ends, and system integrations.
Delivery: plan releases, write and validate test cases, monitor progress.
Backlog: translate strategy into epics and user stories, define acceptance criteria.
Product & Demand: align with stakeholders to capture requirements and priorities.
