Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale transformation in matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enablement and scaling of GBS Data & Analytics Spoke model and capabilities.
• Define and execute GBS Data Strategy and governance across enterprise.
• Own the GBS Data Product portfolio and roadmap.
• Drive transformation toward Spoke model and new ways of working.
• Expand process analytics capabilities to deliver business outcomes.
• Oversee AI portfolio and adoption of priorities.
• Design and govern data operating model with clear accountability.
• Champion data governance standards across functions and domains.
• Build partnerships across GBS, business functions and enterprise D&A teams.
