Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Data Governance and Data Management disciplines.
• Strong SQL, metadata management, and data modeling knowledge.
• Ability to design enterprise-wide governance frameworks with policies and standards.
• Experience leading governance initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Solid knowledge of GDPR and regulatory standards and their practical application.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement data ownership, stewardship roles, and governance frameworks.
• Develop and maintain data governance, data quality, and lifecycle policies.
• Establish governance metrics, reporting mechanisms, and data quality initiatives.
• Ensure protection of sensitive data and regulatory compliance.
• Lead AI data readiness initiatives and promote data management practices across regions.
• Partner with data owners, stewards, and stakeholders to align governance with strategies.
• Integrate governance requirements into business processes and manage lifecycle dependencies.
