Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a product/AI-focused professional to guide AI-enabled projects from pre-sales to delivery. You will prototype solutions, own client relationships, and translate high-level goals into clear problems and measurable success criteria.

You will facilitate workshops, build compelling business cases, and drive adoption across business and technical stakeholders. Hybrid work in Poland with opportunities to work abroad.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product or consulting with real-world AI-enabled delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prototype AI solutions and demos to prove value in pre-sales.
• Own the client relationship and be the day-to-day partner across the org.
• Turn vague goals into a sharp problem statement, solution, and success criteria.
• Lead shaping in pre-sales and stay on into delivery for seamless handover.
• Facilitate workshops with business and tech stakeholders to clarify direction.
• Build the business case and ROI story to enable client investment.
• Drive adoption and change to ensure the solution is used.
