EPAM Systems Inc. in Poland seeks a Data & AI Governance Consultant to join a hybrid team, advising senior leaders on data and AI strategy, operating models and regulatory alignment.

You will shape governance for next-gen AI adoption, ensuring reliability and security while guiding clients through ROI, MVP definition and enterprise rollout. The role requires 6+ years in Data/AI governance, experience with DCAM and Responsible AI principles, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting in Data Governance or AI Governance.
• Familiar with DCAM and Responsible AI principles.
• Knowledge of Data Quality, Metadata Management and Data Lineage.
• Strong facilitation and executive communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise-wide Data & AI Governance strategy discussions with client executives.
• Define and implement AI Governance frameworks aligned to regulations.
• Assess Data Management & Governance maturity and plan roadmaps.
• Design federated governance operating models with councils and RACI.
• Advise on GenAI risk mitigation including data leakage and IP exposure.
• Support regulatory readiness and evidence documentation for AI acts.
• Deliver end-to-end consulting from strategy to enterprise rollout.
• Lead client workshops and contribute to proposals and executive presentations.
• Drive Data & AI literacy and change management initiatives.
