Job summary

Sandoz is seeking a Supply Chain professional for a hybrid role in Warsaw, Poland. You will manage supply planning, replenishment using SAP, inventory controls, and project support for process improvements. A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in supply chain are required, with strong SAP and Excel skills and English proficiency.

The position is a fixed-term contract for 18 months, offering a comprehensive benefits package and a hybrid work mode with approx. 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or Supply Chain.
• Strong knowledge of SAP (supply chain modules).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with data.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Supply Planning and Replenishment: Manage product replenishment processes using SAP and ensure on-time delivery.
• Inventory Management and Forecasting: Monitor inventory levels and prepare demand forecasts.
• Project Support and Process Improvement: Participate in SC process development, SAP projects, and cross-functional collaborations.
