Job summary

Nordea is seeking a Project Leader for Risk Models Strategy & MDP Execution. The role involves coordinating data improvement projects and aligning key stakeholders across risk analytics teams to support development and deployment of internal risk models.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial sector or driving projects and workstreams.
• Ambitious, self-driven and structured, capable of presenting to large audiences.
• Analytical with ability to handle complex issues and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan, scope, structure and drive data-related projects or coordinate cross-department strategy.
• Manage stakeholders at all levels and present plans, progress and results to Steering Committees and Forums.
• Deliver high-quality work by leveraging experts, problem-solving and facilitation to remove obstacles.
• Act as primary owner of stakeholder dialogues and ensure outcomes are logged and followed up.
• Identify and manage risks and interdependencies throughout execution lifecycle.
