Nordea Bank in Poland invites a Senior / Lead Developer to join the Core Finance Technology team working on a DORA project. You will shape data flows, governance and architecture to support trusted, high-quality analytics across the bank.

You will collaborate across Nordic and local teams, drive data-centric changes, and deliver reporting material to enable informed decisions while upholding regulatory and security standards.

Qualifications

• Data Engineering and Data Warehousing experience at a superior level.
• DORA knowledge at a professional level.
• Knowledge of local legacy and Nordic data at a professional level.
• Analytical capabilities and knowledge at a superior level.

• Management and/or project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead developer for the DORA project and implement system changes with unified architecture.
• Participate in team meetings to share knowledge and drive improvements.
• Build relationships across Nordea networks to stay up to date in your domain.
• Align data governance, flows and metadata solutions for clarity and compliance.
• Provide high-quality reports and complex analyses to support decisions.
• Suggest improvements and take responsibility in projects to meet objectives.
• Execute business strategic initiatives by ensuring access to high-quality data.
