Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Experience in credit risk management and credit analysis is advantageous.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail UTP and identify early signs of financial distress.
• Perform credit analysis and follow approved credit instructions and guidelines.
• Provide value-adding analysis to stakeholders for business decisions.
• Contact customers when clarification is needed and feedback to stakeholders.
