Job summary

Nordea in Poland seeks a Risk Expert to join the Counterparty Credit Risk Team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role focuses on monitoring, analysis, reporting, and governance of counterparty credit risk across derivatives and related trading activities, with a strong emphasis on data quality and control.

You will deliver management information, dashboards, and commentary for senior management and regulatory stakeholders, collaborating with risk, front office, finance, and technology teams

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CCR concepts including exposure measures and collateralisation.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and risk governance.
• Ability to translate risk data into concise management information.

Responsibilities

• Produce and enhance counterparty credit risk reports for management and regulators.
• Analyse movements in exposure metrics and collateral usage.
• Investigate data breaks, outliers, and emerging risk themes.
• Prepare concise executive commentary on key drivers and risk outlooks.
• Support stress testing and scenario analysis across market factors.
• Maintain controls, data quality checks, and reporting procedures.
• Support audits and regulatory requests.
• Collaborate with risk, front office, finance, data, and IT teams to ensure timely reporting.
