Nordea Finance is seeking a Credit Officer to support the Model Development Program in implementing new credit risk models and processes. You will work with high risk credits and customers, delivering timely conclusions and ensuring compliance with instructions.

You will collaborate with Nordic teams, contribute to risk process improvements, and provide value-added analysis to internal and external stakeholders while developing your skills in credit risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer contact and working with clients.
• Proficiency in Polish and English.
• Experience in credit risk management and credit analysis is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage UTP processes to identify early customer distress.
• Perform credit process tasks per approved instructions.
• Perform credit analyses according to approved instructions.
• Provide analyses to stakeholders to support decisions.
• Contact customers when clarification is needed.
• Provide high-quality feedback to stakeholders across business areas.
